The IT Services section provides IT support for staff, students, network and infrastructure of the University of Manchester at the University Hospital of South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust.
We provide support and advice with :
- IT problems, software and hardware
- Software design and build
- Website design, build and host
- Network connectivity
- Access to services
- Hardware and software purchasing
The use of University computing facilities and network infrastructure is governed by the policies and regulations of the University of Manchester.
Access to University IT resources - services, systems, network, etc. - by non-University personnel requires appropriate authorisation.
Application for authorisation is made through an appropriate UHSM department which is affiliated with the University.
